In DNA we help companies to communicate. Sending a clear consistent message to your target audience is essential for growth and stability.

Every communication your company makes - from the way you answer your phones to your signage, from your website to your staff uniforms, says something about you and the way you conduct your business.

  Surprise
DNA use humour, fear, surprise, shock or whatever 'hook' is required to connect with the emotions, aspirations and desires of your audience. Like match making our methods are a form of chemistry between you and your market. While the methods used are psycological and often difficult to equate, the results are very apparent - in your bottom line.

  Perception and truth

How your company is percieved is decided by how well you communicate your message and that perception becomes who you are. At DNA our responsiblity is to inform. It is our job to get your client to lift the phone, visit the site, buy the product or enter your premises. It is your job to make sure your products or services are used again and again. DNA will bring them to your door, your job is to make them want to come back again, and again and again.

USEFUL INFO

Common Law Trademark
Often referred to as ‘first-in-time’ —A common Law trade mark is held by the first person or entity to use a trademark. The‘first-in-time’ user receives common law protection for the use of that trademark and can prevent others from using what essentially is his trademark… EVEN if this ‘first person’ never registered the mark.

Confidentiality
In 2004 DNA signed several non-disclosure agreements (NDA) with its clients. Confidentiality agreements are becoming more and more a part of the international design industry. DNA has always realised the senstive nature of the information supplied to them and always maintain the confidentiality of their clients projects.
