Every communication
your company makes - from the way you answer your phones to your
signage, from your website to your staff uniforms, says something
about you and the way you conduct your business.

Surprise
DNA use humour, fear, surprise, shock or
whatever 'hook' is required to connect with the emotions, aspirations
and desires of your audience. Like match making our methods are
a form of chemistry between you and your market. While the methods
used are psycological and often difficult to equate, the results
are very apparent - in your bottom line.

Mascots
In 2004 DNA developed several
mascots. This was a new departure and one which DNA hope to expand
upon in the coming months.

Perception and truth
How your company is percieved is
decided by how well you communicate your message and that perception
becomes who you are. At DNA our responsiblity is to inform.
It is our job to get your client to lift the phone, visit the
site, buy the product or enter your premises. It is your job
to make sure your products or services are used again and again.
DNA will bring them to your door, your job is to make them want
to come back again, and again and again.
